the immediate availability of EMANIO OnBoardT 1.1. EMANIO OnBoardT is software to
generate Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and is an upgrade to EMANIO OnBoardT
Wal-Mart® edition. EMANIO's CEO KG Charles-Harris said "Our vision was always to
expand the functionality of OnBoardT to provide multiple trading partner support; we
understand that having an easy to use ASN tool is critical for small businesses
everywhere that need to interact with retailers." OnBoardT 1.1 continues EMANIO's
commitment to releasing EDI software that is easy to use and powerful - part of
EMANIO's "Zero Effort" EDI initiative aimed at making EDI software for small
businesses easy and powerful.

EMANIO's OnBoardT 1.1 ASN software will be available in November and provides an
easy to use, easy to learn platform for receiving in-bound purchase orders,
converting those purchase orders to Advanced Shipping Notices and sending them to
the trading partner automatically using any EDI software platform, in addition to
EMANIO's TradingPartnerT family of EDI software packages. EMANIO OnBoardT 1.1 is
easily expandable to support a number of trading partners via simple easy to use
OnBoardT kits. OnBoardT provides an extensive feature set including support for
several hierarchical shipping levels including pick and pack and standard shipments.
